Founder & CEO
Philip combines global academic excellence with decisive execution. With Computer Science degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Philip has been architecting Crodox since 2023, while working at DNT, a leading provider of integrated software solutions, writing much of the core code and shaping its roadmap from customer needs
Sarah Waldinger
Finance
Sarah gained 7+ years of investment banking and consulting experience at JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, and PwC. Being a CFA Charterholder and an ESB/ICADE graduate in business administration with focus on finance, she leverages deep deal execution and growth strategy expertise to drive Crodox’s long-term success
Sebastian Steinau
Deployment
Sebastian is a Software Architect specializing in distributed systems and APIs on Azure Cloud. He is experienced in DevOps, Git, and Infrastructure as Code, and holds a PhD for developing a scalable, data-driven process management system. His curiosity later led him to Microsoft Fabric, where he now works on CI/CD and Data Engineering.
